Obituary For Joshua Lewis Fox
In Loving Memory of Joshua Lewis Fox
July 23, 1986 – June 22, 2026
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing ofJoshua Lewis Fox, who left this world far too soon at the age of 39.
Josh was born on July 23, 1986, to Mark Fox and Lynda Kotara Fox-Stansberry. Through the love and growth of his family, he was blessed with two bonus parents, Karen Fox and Herb Stansberry, who became cherished parts of his life.
Josh graduated from Ronald Reagan High School in 2004, where he excelled as a varsity football player. The determination, leadership, and team spirit he demonstrated on the field remained with him throughout his life.
His passion was always people. Josh built a successful career in sales, not because he loved selling, but because he genuinely loved helping others. He had a gift for making connections, solving problems, and making people feel valued. Whether helping a customer, a friend, a family member, or a stranger, he approached every interaction with kindness, sincerity, and an eagerness to make someone's day a little better.
Of all the roles Josh held in life, the ones he treasured most were being a husband and father. His daughter, Peyton, was the center of his world. The very first words he ever spoke to her were, "You're beautiful," and he made sure she heard those same words every single day of her life. He did the same for his wife, Priscilla, never missing an opportunity to remind the people he loved how much they meant to him. His love was constant, unwavering, and freely given.
Josh is survived by his loving wife, Priscilla Navarro-Fox; his beloved daughter, Peyton Fox; his parents, Mark Fox, Karen Fox, Lynda Kotara Fox-Stansberry, and Herb Stansberry; his siblings, Jori Fox and James Fox; and many extended family members and friends who will carry his memory forever.
Josh was truly loved by many. Since his passing, there has been an overwhelming outpouring of stories from people whose lives were made better simply because he was in them. Time and again, people have shared how he stepped up to help when it wasn't expected, how he made them laugh when they needed it most, and how his presence brought warmth wherever he went.
Those who knew Josh will remember his generous heart, his willingness to help anyone in need, his loyalty, and a sense of humor that could light up any room. He had a rare ability to make people feel seen, appreciated, and important. He left every person he met a little better for having known him.
While his time with us was far too short, his impact was immeasurable. The love he gave, the laughter he shared, and the countless lives he touched will continue to live on through his family, his friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known him.
May Joshua's memory be a blessing, and may his legacy of kindness, laughter, generosity, and unconditional love live on through Peyton and all who carry him in their hearts.
