It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Juan Oliva Garcia, who left us peacefully on February 2, 2026, at the age of 82. Born on October 25, 1943, in Laredo, Texas, Juan was a devoted father, grandfather, and friend whose impact on those around him will be felt for generations.

Juan was the cherished son of Pablo Garcia and Petra Oliva Garcia. He grew up in Laredo, Tx in household that instilled in him the values of hard work, and integrity. Throughout his life, Juan faced challenges with strength and resilience, qualities that he imparted to his children, ensuring they understood the importance of family and the value of determination.

He was a brother to Sylvia(Hipolito)Flores, Pablo(Carmen)Garcia, and Roberto(Andrea)Garcia.

He was a proud father to Juan(Rita)Garcia Jr., Susie (Kenneth)Jones, Ricardo(Ricky) (Laura)Garcia, Juan Pablo Garcia(Annette Jessica Camacho), David Garcia, Belinda (Juan Jose Jr) Ramos and seventeen beautiful grandchildren and five amazing great-grandchildren, who were the pride and joy of his life.

His unwavering support, sense of humor, and kind heart made him the cornerstone of the family.

Dad you will be missed beyond words, but your memory will forever be a source of strength and inspiration. We love you.
